We at Executive Homes want to insure that you, as our customer, are informed of any additional costs that you may incur in building your new home. You are fully responsible for all site improvement costs including, but not limited to, clearing, demucking, compaction test, soil boring test, installation of house pad and any and all other fees not listed here which may apply. We may provide an estimate & coordinate the site improvement, etc….

If additional site improvement costs are needed and such costs exceed the above-mentioned allowances, you will be responsible for the additional costs. The costs will be priced as follows:

  • Additional concrete flatwork starting @ $3.50 per square foot**
  • Additional brick pavers starting @ $3.50 per square foot**
  • Additional Bahia sod starting @ $0.22 per square foot**
  • Floratam sod starting @ $0.32 per square foot**
  • Additional sprinkler zones starting @ $300.00 per additional zone**
  • Septic sand starting @ $12.00 - $17.00 per cubic yard (depending on building location)** Executive Homes is committed to building homes with exceptional quality and value. Our services include tract, semi-custom, custom, additions and remodel projects. We are able to offer you the reasonable Base Price as mentioned if you choose to build one of our Standard floorplans with minimal or no changes to the plan. The prices may vary if you have a floorplan requiring changes to be made or have your own plan from another source (“Custom Plan”).

We want you to be an informed customer so we have provided you with some important information below to assist you in the construction of your new home.

(***Governmental Fees up to $9,500.00). The following site improvement costs and other fees are included in the Base Price:

  • $1,000.00 allowance towards flat work (approximately 250 square feet of concrete apron & sidewalk)
  • $1,125.00 allowance towards brick pavers or concrete driveway (approximately 500 square feet)
  • 4-zone sprinkler system with timer ($950.00 allowance)
  • $500.00 allowance for landscape package
  • $500.00 allowance for Bahia sod (approximately 3,000 square feet)
  • $400.00 allowance towards Stone Veneer (Front Elevation only, per plan)
  • $50.00 allowance per window towards PVC Decorative Window Shutters (Front Elevation only, per plan)
  • $50.00 allowance towards Front Door color upgrade
  • Exterior Light Fixture Upgrade (electricians choice, per plan)

*BASE PRICE IS FOR STANDARD DAMAR AND EXECUTIVE HOMES FLOORPLANS WITH MINOR OR NO CHANGES TO ORIGINAL FLOORPLANS.
**ADDITIONAL COSTS WILL APPLY FOR CHANGES AND UPGRADES ($50.00 CHANGE ORDER FEE, PLUS MATERIAL AND LABOR FEES)
